Kellen T. Fish made the decision to start his own law firm after realizing that things could be done differently in the law. Throughout his professional career working with various small and mid-sized firms, as well as time spent working for Hennepin County, Kellen developed a focus on a client’s entire needs, not just the legal requirements of a particular situation.
KTF Law Firm takes a collaborative approach in an attempt to avoid litigation. As such, Kellen has guided many clients through the alternative dispute resolution process to create a satisfying and sustainable outcome without the need for court involvement and the costs associated with court. However, the law firm also recognizes there are situations where going to court is necessary – Kellen’s experience successfully litigating cases ensures the client will be taken care of no matter where the case goes.
When Kellen isn’t serving clients, he spends his time with family and friends and enjoys bicycling, winter sports, and travel.
